Quality fabrics. Excellent service and professional and courteous installers. Shade & Louver installed my fascia, allowing me to paint it to match my wall. Then they came back and installed the shades, preventing the chance of accidentally getting paint on my shades. They went above and beyond. I would definitely use this company again.

My experience at Shade and Louver, which was my first, was truly exceptional. Joshua who helped me was very customer focused. I went there to try and find a small attachment that goes on the end of the string/cord that you use to raise or lower a door shade. This was certainly not going to be a big sale but Joshua took the time to find what I needed and then didn’t even charge me for the part. Had an issue with a pull which broke. I spoke to Nicole and she had me come in and got me a replacement chain for free. Even had an installer come up to the front of the showroom and show me what I needed to do. Both people were nice, pleasant and helpful. Definitely would recommend to a friend.
Sunny is a treasure! This is the 2nd time I have purchased from here. I love the individual appts & she knows her products. The patio shade is purchased a yr & half ago, looks & runs like brand new. Everyone i have come in contact with here is very nice & do helpful. Getting 3 window treatments now & more in the future. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else. These pics are of my patio shade.
