Had an issue with a pull which broke. I spoke to Nicole and she had me come in and got me a replacement chain for free. Even had an installer come up to the front of the showroom and show me what I needed to do. Both people were nice, pleasant and helpful. Definitely would recommend to a friend.
Sunny is a treasure! This is the 2nd time I have purchased from here. I love the individual appts & she knows her products. The patio shade is purchased a yr & half ago, looks & runs like brand new. Everyone i have come in contact with here is very nice & do helpful. Getting 3 window treatments now & more in the future. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else. These pics are of my patio shade.
My experience with Shade and Louver has been nothing but phenomenal. Everyone from Joshua the owner, to Nicole the appointment coordinator and Scotty with installation has been professional, kind, and attentive. And the quality of my blinds and shutters are perfect. So glad I went with them.
We worked with Shade & Louver over an extended period of time to install zebra blinds and plantation shutters throughout our new construction home. From going through design options, to logistics and installation, Josh, Nicole, and team were awesome to work with. Everything looks and works great. We particularly love the zebra blinds! We're not sure how we ever lived without them. :-) My wife and I highly recommend Shade & Louver and would definitely use them again in the future.
This is fantastic company. Their customer service & personnel are excellent. And it’s great fun to watch the shades go up & down
