We recently had a motorised external blind with adjustable blades installed by Shade Factor and couldn't be happier with the experience. After looking unsuccessfully for an awning for our glass roofed atrium with other companies for several years, we finally found Shade Factor who came up with a great solution. The whole process from quoting to installation went smoothly.
Very happy we got Shade Factor to provide and install our external venetians. The process was painless. They provided a cost effective, quality detailed quote and then when they won the work the project manage came out and measured everthing in detail. We paid for the blinds in early Oct 25. We then waited several weeks for the blinds to be made up - they were clear ahead of time about the timelines and it was no problem for us.
