I was a customer for mor than 1 year, i got a good car, in between i had to change car and they changed and gave another car as well. Their customer service is good. They have their own workshop as well, service and check-up are free, i liked it. If i have to recommend some friends then i will recommend Shad rental. ❤️

Very disappointing and stressful experience. After a minor rear-end accident in November 2025 (where the third party was at fault), I was required to immediately pay the full $1,000 damage excess. I have repeatedly asked for a repair invoice, proof of actual repair costs, and litigation filing details they claim are ongoing. None have been provided so far.
