Very disappointed in services rendered by Jeffrey Shad. His receptionist Sara is unprofessional and would benefit from a customer service class. Called the office on 4/15 to confirm that my NYS tax payment was submitted for an automatic electronic debit from my bank account...I got conflicting answers and when I said that I had a busy day ahead of me and really didn't have time to come down there and get the IT 201 Jeff basically told me that I don't know what a busy day is.
