It was such an exceptional experience dealing with Fairway Home Mortgage. The entire team is thorough and keeping us updated in the process until the closing time of the property purchase. We are completely satisfied, it was a superb encounter! The turn around was quick , 40 calendar days from start to closing, amazing ! Shad and Teri make everything simple and straight forward. What a terrific team! We’ve worked with them through multiple home purchases and can’t imagine working with anyone else.
I had a very poor experience. I never write bad reviews but I highly dont recommend using Shad. He was impossible to reach and did not keep me properly informed. I had other people calling me because they could not reach him or his office. I was given a very poor estimate. My cash at closing was 50% higher than estimated. I could go on but I dont like being a negative person. Just proceed with caution if you choose to use Shad.
