Very negative experience. Rachel Taylor gave zero information throughout the process, missed deadlines and had numerous issues communicating vital information. (Ie. Changes of dates, documents, etc.) Sending them to a completely different email address. She also spent a significant amount of time on vacation. Definitely would not recommend for family law services.
