I think shabnam takes on more than she has the bandwidth for and this translates to lack of communication and difficulties reaching her along with unnecessary delays in getting the Purchase & Sale agreement right. I love how she is always available and will answer any questions making sure that as a client you are completely aware of what is going on every step on the way.
