My cabinets were painted with waterbase paint over oil base paint. They did not dry in 3 weeks and we were asked to wait another week. They bubbled and started getting scratches because they were not sealed. I called trying to get some sort of satisfaction. I only got a sad story about she was a single mother and needed to be able to have Christmas with her daughter. My husband went by on 2 different occasions.
