The staff needs to learn a bit on customer service & how to be nice. I went there with my daughter and the service was terrible. Speaking to me & my daughter rudely and always keeping one employee near us like we were going to steal something. 1 star.
i want to put 0 stars, i got no hello welcome in nor was i asked if i needed help looking for anything. i felt as if i was being judged the whole time employees just staring at me and my mom. When i did ask for help she replied “oh i know we don’t have that here”. low an behold my sister in law went in 3 hours later and found it.
Rude
Unfortunately, I can’t put zero stars but maybe they Could start withBetter employees or a new staff I’ve always ordered Jon Hart online till discovering they carried them in their store. I went into purchase a new wallet. They somehow lost it and didn’t notify me. After sending my mother in the staff was very Rude And could not give a clear answer on what had happened to me this is very unacceptable and unprofessional!!
