Several attempts to contact Nicole Switzer. Michelle who answered the phone said she was away from her desk and said will call you by the end of the day. After several callbacks. I received to call from Nicole Switzer. I finally was aware she was on vacation! Terrible customer service!

Third time’s the charm. After falling into some lesser capable hands at two separate firms prior, a colleague recommended me to Summer at Sgroi (and in retrospect so did an advisor from one of those previous firms once when he accidentally slipped in a conversation that he “always loses customers to Sgroi.” I should have taken the hint in that very moment).
