From the initial phone call all the way to drop off and every interaction in between, this experience has been five stars! ⭐️ I’d almost believe we were family, my father in law was treated with respect that even I don’t deliver (and I do my best!). I have used SGM Medical Transport many times to take my husband to medical appointments. This is a small local company, so I’m never dealing with strangers. My usual driver is Isabel, and she is great . . . always on time, cheerful, polite, and accommodating. Isabel is an expert at quickly loading the wheelchair into the van and securing it. She’s an excellent driver who makes safety her top priority.

These ladies are awesome to work with. My and my mother's experience has been nothing but professional and empathetic to her needs. I can't be more pleased and happy to have found them. Blanca the owner is very supportive and 100% on top of things. I cannot be happier.

I have been using SGM for a couple of years and have found them to be very easy to work with and dependable. Arranging transport has been hassle-free. I would definitely recommend.
