Main reason is for the review is someone might care and look at my case. I changed employment last week. My new employer and myself reached out to Sgfleet in early December, we were led to believe the transition of my novated lease was sorted, only for it to be cancelled on me earlier this week. When me or my company call we get different stories with no real solutions and we cannot get responses to any emails (even when threatening going to consumer affairs). Trust me, do not use them unless you really do not have any other options! Definitely one of the worst experiences. Poor communications, poor customer services, unreliable. 1 start is too much more than what they actually deserve..
