SG Fleet provide the worst service possible : They charge me for roadside assistance and then when roadside assistance shows up they charged me for the service aswell only for SG Fleet to tell me I have to wait 90 days for the invocie before I can claim it back
Please do yourself a favour and don’t ever sign a lease with this company. The customer service is terrible and as soon as you have an issue they don’t want to know you. Don’t get caught like we have, we will never ever use them again.
I have had novated leases through SG since 2008. The last 5 years or so the service quality has nosedived. I decided to use another company at the end of a recent lease due to the service becoming so poor, and they have been bordering on incompetent throughout this payout process. I have moved my lease now and still they are taking money out of my pay for a car I have paid out ... also dont bother emailing, it will go unanswered until you follow up with a phone call and getting to the right person is painful. Terrible Customer Service, Terrible Sales Experience, Staff are clearly not incentivised or motivated to give their all and do a good job! The process with SGFleet was like pulling teeth. I would never reccommend this company, there are plenty of others out there, spend your money there and vote with your wallet!
Find yourself a better novated lease company. SG Fleet is an absolute miserable company to deal with. After signing on the dotted line all communications just stopped with myself and the dealership. I had BYD telling me my new car was sitting there waiting to go but needed remittance from SG Fleet before I could pick it up. Repeated calls were unanswered nor returned, emails not replied to, even the dealership couldn't get an answer from them.
