Find yourself a better novated lease company. SG Fleet is an absolute miserable company to deal with. After signing on the dotted line all communications just stopped with myself and the dealership. I had BYD telling me my new car was sitting there waiting to go but needed remittance from SG Fleet before I could pick it up. I have had 3 cars with sgfleet and my third will be my last. Company is no longer what it once was. Once they have your money. You are basically on your own and the customer service does not install trust.
Possibly the worst novated lease company I’ve used. Incredibly difficult to get or update any details, app and website is basically useless, takes forever to hear back. Only positive is the roadside assistance is great.
delivery process and order was ok, not kept in the loop, was annoying the real problem, being sold an insurance product that is never honored "Schmick" is by far the worst product, claims for small scratches, but are ever approved and then when you raise it with them, they send you a document with the T&C and it is not covered at all.
Sold out to the cheapest vendor. New website and customer service are terrible. Send feedback about website is ignored. Do not recommend for novated lease products. Update: emailing their customer service gets no response.
