I had the worst experience here. The staff was rude and condescending. The practitioner was sitting right behind me in the waiting room and failed to introduce herself. The coordinator had me booked for the wrong treatment at first and then I was told I was at the wrong location. I left feeling confused and in a terrible mood.
Amazing facial by Amanda. She was friendly, professional and the treatment was spectacular. Highly recommend. Thank you SFA!
As I told Nina my esthetician, I had no words! The Signature East End Facial blew me away! I needed to get my neck muscles loosened up due to a fall I had. She did not only did that but also did a fantastic job with my facial. I am definitely making this a part of my routine. You must try this facial with Nina!! She is the best!.
