I had unsatisfied experience with SF international Burnaby store , dropped off a package to china 2 weeks ago, the lady in the store told me the size of the box is too big and not good to shipment to china and then she put all the staff into 3 separate box and charge me total around $170(including packing fees)for expedited parcel which guaranteed to be in china within 3 to 5 days after boarding the plane.
