I used this company based on the reviews the prior two years. I largely started coming to them because my tax complexity increased because I started a small tax business. I assumed I needed an expert to maximize my refund. First, they weren't cheap to file ($500+). Second, I have ended up paying thousands in taxes over the past two years.
