Awesome place for care giving to the vulnerables...
Disgusting place! My nan was placed here in an emergency situation, I'm so glad we got her another room at a Bupa care home! After witnessing a member of staff challenging her for eating chocolate eclairs! Filthy! Stinks! and cell like rooms!! Wouldn't send my dog! Within a couple of weeks of being there my mum recieved a phone call from staff to let her know they had lost my nan! Staff were out in storms looking for her so I don't know who was looking after the other residents? Police were called who within half an hour fou... read more
