Called Monday about a real estate loan and was told info would be transferred to ladies in loan dept and I would receive call back . It’s now Friday 4.20 pm snd still no call. Real dependable bank ? I doubt it.

I've never had a bank refuse to give me change with cash in hand. (They couldn't unless I had an account there she told me). Worst experience with a bank I've ever had. I thought by law a bank can't refuse to give you change for currency, maybe I'm wrong... Wouldn't use them for nothing...
