We had to send him a CEASE AND DESIST notice for him to never contact my trustee without customer written consent. He had to apologize and agreed to it. Do not use this law firm. Laura Shelby is totally unprofessional. They aren’t interested in reasonable settlements on behalf of their clients, they just want to push a lawsuit so they can get more money. Find a better firm than this one.
