I cannot recommend Ashley Sexton and her paralegal, Kim, enough. After growing concerns of domestic violence at my ex husband’s house, I hired Sexton Law. Shortly after hiring her, my ex husband was arrested on three counts of assault. Ashley was able to file emergency motions to immediately grant me sole custody of my children and walk me through every step that I needed to take in order to protect my children. Ashely was thorough, compassionate and professional from the very beginning. She always kept me informed and did her best to move things along quickly. Ultimately she achieved a positive outcome for my case. I am grateful I hired her. I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking an attorney.
Wanted it to work but what a disaster. Anyways here's the review. I'm sure the response will be that I was never a client like the last low review. Let's start off with things done well. 1. Respond to initial inquiry quickly. 2. Take initial 4k. 3. Bill promptly each month. 4. Ask for more money. Things done not so well 1. Respond in an acceptable manner to subsequent inquiries. 2. Work well with the other attorney. 3. Give hope for an unrealistic outcome. 4. Respond appropriately to negative evaluation.
Wow first meeting with her 2 hours long gave her big money but she did absolutely nothing she said she was going to do. Trial got push out a month guess what? She needed more big money.I mean big. Trial was 2 days she showed 1 hour total. Sent I guess her understudy. Lost case lost our daughter and guess what Mrs. Sexton wants more big money then both the other big monies tells us call and arrange payments. Ha ha ha we lost our daughter to a flawed and paid off Commonwealth court system. That's payment enough.
Ashley and her people are some of the most caring people in this buisness. Ashley and Erin both have worked with me during my divorce and understand my needs. I recommend sexton law firm to anyone needing an awesome attorney! Thanks Ashley and Erin :)
