Hit by a semi, had soft tissue damage, painful & suffering. Settled for only $3k, and that's after I pushed the initial lowball. My lawyer told me not to push anymore. . .? Then my settlement check was mailed to the wrong address. . . Will never go with sexton again.
I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Originally I called rainwater, holt and sexton who was referred to me by a friend only for them to hand us over to sexton law firm. Long story short after 2 years of nothing but excuses from sexton law firm they decided they wanted to drop the case.
