I have brought things here many, many times. They have done patchwork, alterations, repairs for me. Always a great job and extremely fair pricing. They are welcoming and always have a smile on their faces. Can’t imagine ANY treatment other than that by these ladies.
I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience at this tailor shop, and I feel compelled to share my experience to warn others. The owner is not only unprofessional but also deeply unpleasant. From the moment I entered the shop, I was made to feel uncomfortable by her dismissive attitude and lack of basic customer service. What truly shocked me, however, was her overtly racist behavior.
