I've dealt with many water departments. They're all bad for one reason or another, but nothing compared to the SWBNO. I've been trying for 3 weeks now to create an account and get my water turned on. I'm left feeling like they think it's someone else's job to connect houses to water. There's no excuse for it to be this hard and for the service to be this bad.
Pretty self explanatory
I went straight to the cashier and paid my water bill.
Website almost never works, I constantly have issues with them overcharging me. Perfect example of how out of sync New Orleans is with the rest of the world.
