Amazing, lovely lady who at very short notice fitted me in to take in my wedding dress - did a really wonderful job at a reasonable price & returned my dress to me beautifully pressed and looking better than when I dropped it off. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend :)
I would give 0 start if could, I had an appointment booked for dress alterations and was completely let down. The seamstress didn’t turn up and, worse still, never contacted us to explain or reschedule. We waited around with no update, no message, no apology, nothing. This was incredibly unprofessional and a complete waste of our time. If reliability and communication are important to you, I’d strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
