It sounds like they have a habit of creating a label and not sending the product. I've reached out to their customer service through Amazon and have yet to hear anything. If I get a good response my rating will change. However, from reading the reviews, I doubt that will happen.
I had the best experience ever, I had purchased one jacket, it came out so nice that I ended up purchasing 5 more. I wear them on a daily bases, Now that I have gotten a promotion I need to order 6 all over again and this is the best company to go with. Ever since I got my jackets in multiple colors, there were multiple nurses asking about it. The only thing is I wish I could get in direct touch with the owner so I could show my gratitude and place another 6 orders!!! LOVE ❤️ IT!!!
Horrible experience all around! The zipper was broken and the embroidery and the sleeve iron on logo came in the wrong color! I ordered STEELE it came in RED! Their phone number listed hangs up on you before it rings, one number that worked, I left a message but never received a call back and they won't replace or refund the item! Crooks!
Placed an order through amazon. "Shipped it" by creating the label but never gave it to UPS. Tried to reach out to them many times, and never got a response. Wish I read the reviews first. Reported to Amazon and requested my refund. Honestly, wish I could sue them for fraud! Not right to steal other people money! BUYER BEWARE! THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY!
They charged me for the product and never again reply to my messages or anything. A complete fraud!
