With all my heart, I do not like doing this. I am such an advocate of working out your qualms directly with the business owner. I do not believe in taking things public or skewing someone's name. But in this particular situation, the business owner is not able to be reached so I'm left with no choice. Jeff was openly communicative in the beginning and was patient answering my questions.
