I'm sitting in the office right now for the first time, so I can't comment on the quality of service yet, however what I can comment on is how Ms. Jackson treats you as her customer. She is warm, inviting, professional and conversational. If the quality of her service is anything like her spirit then we've found a tailor for life! I will report back when the job is finished on the quality of her work. Oh, and one other thing... The shop was neat and clean and orderly. That says ALOT too!
Ms. Jackson provides excellent service, and with a smile. She is timely and works to accommodate you. Even with a busy schedule, she goes out of her way to meet your emergency deadlines. This is done with great attention to detail and excellent service. She gives sewing lessons, too. I highly recommend Sew Exquisite to anyone needing tailoring/alteration services!
