Needed my pants to be taken in as an emergency for a work related travel, initially their return date for alterations was 3 days later than I required and the lovely staff were able to accomodate me. And need I mention that they did a splendid job on my pants. The staff were beyond amazing, and know exactly what they are doing, and went beyond for this customer. Not to mention their prices are more than fair. Cute little store with a wide array of all sewing knitting and crafts needs. Will return for sure
Very helpful and pleasant people work here. An excellent and professional job was done on the item I took for hemming. Many sewing and craft items available to browse through and purchase such as knitting wool and patterns, buttons, cotton, fabric as well as suggestions and advice.
Fantastic! They fixed my jacket with a rip in it in about two minutes, and only charged $10. Plus, they were absolutely lovely. I hope o don't have to get more stuff fixed, but I'll take it here first.
i only went to the alterations and the ladies in there were so lovely and did such a good job with my jeans, would definitely recommend anyone coming here for alterations and it was affordable!!
