My dad went missing for 3.5 years when we finally found him he was a resident here. At first when speaking with with the employees on the phone they seemed very nice but when i went down there and decided to bring him home the administrator and a couple other employees were very difficult to work with, they would not release any of his meds with us and also refused to give me.his medical information. I love Seville caring hard working staff. This place treats you like family.
I will not recommend this nursing home to anyone. I have watched them not watch your loved ones who is staying there they were busy playing around. There was a person they lost in the nursing home they were not watching she slipped slip outside . They noticed that she was gone they were looking she out side even with the door Bell my aunt is in there been in there for rehab for her foot she had a boot they didn't watch her and it got a sore with her boot rubbing it a fly got in it and they laid eggs in it now she is in a roo... read more
