Messed up our taxes for last year cost us a needed stimulus check and the man that works there is extremely rude. Expects you to know everything about taxes.... for example first told the girlfriend someone claimed our kid but come to find out when I called the irs the girlfriend just didn’t get earned income credit on our son that I did. When I filed I told them to take my son off so she could claim him... but they say I got the earned income credit for him.... This is an awful business. The staff there are rude and wildly unhelpful. I’ve have never been treated in such a disrespectful manner while trying to give a company my business. We waited almost 2 hrs for them to advise they could not help us “because they won’t touch LLC’s” in such a rude manner ill-informed manner that I physically had to leave the building or end up stooping to her level. I can not believe this business is staffed with such unprofessional employees. I am truly lost for words on our experience. How they co... read more

I would not we’ve been here for over 2 hrs people were taken in before us that came after us. Staff was here when we got here now there’s one left. Unbelievable thank God this is the last year I come here!
