I attended Severn Vets following a sudden onset of fever in my Sharpei, Blue. The team booked us in for the morning and Blue was a little anxious at first on arrival. The wonderful front of house team gave her lots of fuss and reassurance before she went in to see the vet. Lizzie was wonderful with her and took the time to examine her thoroughly. Horrible receptionist and inconsiderate staff. I just want to state that I can relate to rest of the reviews regarding the receptionists attitude, at this vets. My appointment today was for 9:30, I was 12 minutes late, so the vet/nurse starting serving another person which is fair. I’m not complaining about that. They rebooked me for 10:15, so I took my dog for a walk to kill time and came back at 10:15. The reception , spoke to me with a very snarky attitude. The Henley in Arden branch are a great bunch of people. Appointments are easy to get for poorly pets and the follow up after any procedure is great.
Excellent service and care taken by holly Bd her colleague ( didn’t catch his name ).Lenny was very nervous but they looked after him so well . Always pleased with this vet. Thanks again
