Really terrible experience. Looking to find a community bank to move my assets to and conduct my real estate investments through (I did five in just the last 9 months of just personal RE transactions). After a negative experience with one of their mortgage brokers, I spent nearly three weeks trying to rectify the experience but was dropped repeatedly by their VP even just trying to schedule a call. I love the fact that Severn bank feels like a small town bank. The customer service is excellent. I have worked with Cindy wheeler and she has always been quick and responsive. I always feel like my business is important to them.
We had an excellent experience with Severan Bank. Paul's team was excellent in getting us through the closing process fast with out a hitch. Thank you again for all your help.
