Plz don't purchase any clothes from them. Poor quality. Definitely not worth the money. You won't get refund, u will be given a store credit incase of change of mind and very hard to find something better in the store to use the store credit. Worst experience
Extremely rude. I was the only person instore. The Lady working did not acknowledge me. I looked to her at least half a dozen tiems and she refused to even look at me. I was standing RIGHT next to her. Some beautiful dresses I could have bought but it doesn't matter cos they don't deserve a sale. This is not just a bad day. They never look over or even say hello. Disgraceful.
I’ve found that this store has a beautiful range of dresses, and I’ve purchased a few pieces from here that I genuinely love. However, my overall experience with customer service has been consistently disappointing. On multiple occasions, I haven’t been greeted when entering the store and have instead been met with dismissive or unwelcoming interactions. Had a very upsetting experience with the staff at this shop. The lady was not only rude but downright racist. Her behaviour was completely unprofessional and made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I hope management takes this seriously and does something about it. Wouldn't recommend going there to anyone.
