Came for a lower back problem and was surprised to see the blue circles around my eyes disappear after each session, as well as the tension and fatigue. Bartley is a kind and dedicated acupuncturist who takes the time to explain what he is doing. I appreciate that. And my lower back is much better.
Bartley is always very carful and spot on with his needles. I always book one hour treatment besides the treatment it self it’s possible to have a guided meditation practice during the session. So along the one our of treatment you nourish your body and soul. I really like Sevenways Health Centre.

Desi is an incredible masseuse. I asked for medium firm and that is exactly what I got. If you are looking for a massage to get rid of any soreness, don’t look elsewhere! Desi has a very friendly demeanour and makes sure to massage you based on your needs. Thanks Desi
