Sawyer is great! Her energy and calmness with make you feel so comfortable during your foot zoning session. There is so much benefit to this practice and Sawyer is awesome at talking through each zone + helping you talk through what you are feeling. I recommend this to everyone!!
I was a little skeptical at first whether foot zoning would work or not but Sawyer was amazing! I had an incredible experience learning about foot zoning and how it helps my body. I went into my appointment just feeling very stressed about life in general and left feeling so relaxed. I will recommend this place to anyone and it was priced very well. <3
