I have now had massages from multiple apprentices and one of the licensed therapists here. All have been fantastic. The level of pressure has always been appropriate, and each has had a good level of communication for me. I will definitely keep coming back!

Meg gives a great massage. She asks for feedback and adjusts the pressure to how you want it. She is knowledgeable about anatomy and different modalities. I'll go back again.

I have had 2 massages at 7 springs and they were both wonderful. I was massaged by Meg both times and she was great! The first massage she went a little softer because I wasn't sure how much pressure I wanted. It was very relaxing and I left feeling rejuvenated. The second massage, my husband and I went for a couples massage. My husband was with Sophie, who did an amazing job. It was his first massage and we had a great time. My first time getting a massage done by Meg, she was amazing! Comforting, professional, and knows what she is doing. Very nice and very good at her work! I was relaxed and felt so much better leaving than when I arrived. The best part was I never felt sore or hurt after the massage! I will keep going back to Meg.
