I found Seven Spokes when searching Google Maps for a nearby bike repair shop. After discovering they will come directly to your house to collect your bike, repair it, and bring it back- I was sold! The entire experience from communication to repairs couldn’t have been better. Will definitely use this business again in the future.
Don´t let the small shop fool you, they will go above and beyond to figure out what you want and need. Very patient and client oriented, when making a sale to ensure that the bike you are walking out the door with makes you skip with joy. And their customer service afterwards is outstanding, and you feel part of a community.
I have yet to be a customer (I don't think they carry any products for men), but I have had the opportunity to conduct thorough research on Seven Spokes for a project in my Marketing class at MCTC. Seven Spokes clearly shows its passion for making women feel included in the male-dominated cycling industry, and that alone makes them worthy of your support for this woman-owned small business.
