Great staff as well as a great place to visit for University of Maryland, Baltimore college merch.
The prices are very high as you'd expect. The manager who's been there for quite a few years is always very rude, sassy, and unpleasant, and she always makes me feel uncomfortable every time I'm there. They always seem understaffed and the uniforms and school-required supplies are endlessly out of stock (even when they've had the entire summer to restock merchandise). If you can find products elsewhere, I'd highly recommend it.
The staff is always extremely helpful and friendly. Also, downstairs the music selection is on point.
