Buyer Beware!!! I had a horrible experience with this company! I paid $1,250.00 up front for the promise (Strategy) to increase my rating from 70% - 100%: a $500.00 Retainer Fee, $500.00 for a PTSD DBQ that was not considered by the VBA and $250.00 for an Appeal's document to my 0% service-connected Sleep Apnea diagnosis that was not considered by the VBA. I have had the opportunity to utilize the Seven Principles services numerous times for VA Medical Claims over an 8 year timeframe. Throughout all of these interactions and claims processes, all of the staff have been very responsive, helpful, Friendly and timely.
