was looking for fair trade organic dark roasted mexican beans, not that i am particular or anything :) Their Mexican chiapas not only fit the bill, but is some of the best coffee i have tasted for a great price! I order it all the time. Every one of their other coffees i have tried have also been great. Amazing company doing great work!

We operate Muse Cafe and have been using 7 Hills for our espresso and drip offerings since we opened over 8 years ago. We constantly get compliments on our espresso from not only our regulars, but also people from out of town, even from Europe! Not only is their coffee top notch, so is their customer service. They also happen to be super nice people!
