Worst customer service. I have been mailing them for three months. They responded to my first email with a question. I answered and added the document they requested and have not answered me back. I have continued to email back (5 times), but still no reply. How do they survive with such poor customer service? I've included a screenshot of all the emails I sent.
Similar experience with Seven as others. Frame broke and was charged insane price for the repair. Do not buy a bike from them
Great bikes, atrocious customer service. Tried reaching Seven Cycles by email and phone for 4 days without a response. Can't reach anyone there. You would think that they care about their customers more than this.
I have been trying for over a month to contact Seven about a repair on my titanium Seven. There has been no response to my call, email, online request form, or my dealer's call to them. Looks like I will never be a repeat customer for them. Update: After making another attempt to contact them a few months later they did get back to me and completed a warranty repair on my frame.
