Similar experience with Seven as others. Frame broke and was charged insane price for the repair. Do not buy a bike from them
Great bikes, atrocious customer service. Tried reaching Seven Cycles by email and phone for 4 days without a response. Can't reach anyone there. You would think that they care about their customers more than this.
I have been trying for over a month to contact Seven about a repair on my titanium Seven. There has been no response to my call, email, online request form, or my dealer's call to them. Looks like I will never be a repeat customer for them. Update: After making another attempt to contact them a few months later they did get back to me and completed a warranty repair on my frame. I have owned a Seven Axiom for 23 years. Ordering the frame was nerve racking because of the way the process works. I went to the local Seven dealer and talked to a salesman who asked me a lot of questions about my riding style and experience. Since I was recovering from a shoulder injury, I hadn't been riding regularly while I was in rehabilitation.
