I was loyal to this place since they opened. They always did an amazing job with waxing but this is the second time they disappointed me. I don’t know if they hire new people all the time but the first lady who I specifically said wax only did a horrible job. She kept saying she is done and I’m like no you’re not, you didn’t do anything different.
