Very possibly the best massage I have ever had! The technique used, focusing on connecting the nervous system back to the body, and incorporating massage and breath work was absolutely amazing. Four of our party had a massage, and every single one with targeted to the individual on the massage table, and we all thought it was brilliant. I have mobility issues from osteoarthritis in my hips which has led to loss of muscle condition in my legs due to lack of exercise and the remedial massage has helped a lot in being able to walk more normally and try to improve my exercise levels. The deep muscle release massage is a bit painful at times due to extreme tightness of my muscles but well worth it :) This has been one of the more effective treatments I have tried
