I utilized attorney Seufert for what became an extremely long-drawn-out divorce. He went above and beyond to make sure things moved as quickly as possible on our end while continually keeping me in the loop and pushing to keep things moving. If I had questions or needed advice, he continually made himself available to assist with explanations or give his professional opinion. Geoff was so helpful when I was approaching a potentially difficult divorce. He is extremely professional, well versed in all things 'family law', and is well respected in the field. Mr. Seufert was the appointed GAL to our kids. I explained 4 things I had issues with my ex wife's step father and Mr. Seufert followed up on one of them. The court appointed social worker did her investigation on all 4 issues I had brought up and her recommendation to the court was the ex wife's step father could not be the sole care provider for our 2 children. I would not recommend Mr. Seufert due to his lack of follow up on items which were brought to his attention.
