I am a retired PhD scientist (r&d),my wife is a retired Professor of Pharmacology & Dean of a Graduate School. We love our home in Settler’s Ridge. Very quiet but friendly people. Most keep to themselves but club activities if you want to participate. HOA works effectively to keep community up & costs down. Lovely heated and maintained pool.
