The 'chef' prepared meals are not good. Food is bland and rarely ever warm when served. Prior to dad moving in, I inquired about PT since there is no PT room with any machines or equipment. I was told PT would go to his room and work with him, never happened. The PT is a group of residents going to a designated area and lifting their arms and legs while in their chairs. This will not get him from wheelchair back to using a walker. I have seen dogs urinate on the carpet and nothing was done to clean it up. Carpets could use a... read more

They are the best.
My Mom has been at Settlers for 7 months now. We love all of the staff. Everyone tries hard and goes out of their way to take care of our loved ones. It's been such a piece of mind knowing Mom is in great hands. My sister and I stop regularly to see Mom and she has not complained once about the way she is treated. Great place. They host very nice fun events too.
