Terrible experience with Renee. During the process they went on leave without telling anyone or organizing a replacement. Theydidnt do shit. They sent me a summary of the contract and then became unresponsive due to their leave... Afterward, I didnt follow through with the purchase and they still charged me for their services. Had a truly awful experience with Kaella, who was uncommunicative and at times condescending when we asked questions. I was really surprised, because we were referred by Aussie Home Loans, who were incredible, and there were so many five star reviews on google. As first home buyers, we were already stressed and nervous about the whole process.
