2nd time using Settle Easy and will be the last. Changed point of contacts 3 times during a simple settlement, had to chase them at every step and made a simple process more stressful. After raising a compliant, I got a reply that they are busy. Not even a apology as I had changed conveyancer 3 times in the process.
