PLEASE READ. I had an awful experience, was told I signed things I did not, was threatened with legal proceedings if I did not pay for certificates that were not needed, and never received a proper explanation. 1. My partner and I were quoted a Contract of Sale Review to be $330 and Settlement fee to be $1700 PLUS disbursements (~$750) 2. We pay for Contract of Sale Review (we had to email for clarifications because we still weren't clear about the seriousness of some of the recommended contract edits) 3.
