A great school to learn about massage techniques, holistic nutrition, acupressure and much more . I learned so much about myself as well as others. It's beautiful hub to hold space.
Jenny is a great massage therapist - she knows an impressively wide array of massage techniques, which will undoubtedly help you with your needs (be it pain relief, or just relaxation). Her place is simple although very cozy. Highly recommended!
I Did my first workshop there in february 2020, before deciding to take other courses, and I definitely loved the approach of the school, by being more holistic and towards the body energy, things that usually other schools do not approach much, by being only technical; I started my course end of march, unfortunately right in the situation with COVID-19. I recently developed lower back pain, I think it’s from sitting down so much and not being as active. In just one session Jenni listened to me describe my pain, then explained how I can correct my posture to see improvement; it was instant, then the massage was an amazingly relaxing experience. She made sure to follow up the day after, gave me some more tips and a week later and I’m feeling great almost back to normal actually. I can’t believe I haven’t done this sooner! Jen is very knowledgeable and professional. I have had numerous massages from her and I highly recommend any of her services. She operates from a clean quiet space and you will leave feeling lighter, peaceful and rejuvenated.
