Pick up an application, finally received a phone call to schedule to bring in everything. Called for a week before the appointment, leaving messages sometimes 2 a day, to confirm my appointment time and day. Even went to the property on the Friday before my appointment and a resident (that I know) let me in and I left a written note in the manager's mail slot.
